01Where Decisions Land

Are decisions that belong two layers down still landing on your desk? Do meetings stall when you're not in the room? Have you been carrying responsibilities you should have handed off two years ago? Does your senior team default to checking with you before they act?

02How Leaders Communicate

Does your strongest technical person lose the room when the stakes go up? Do you find yourself over-explaining in meetings because no one else will? Are there people on your team who do brilliant work but freeze in the boardroom? Do clients still default to you when they have a hard question, even when your team owns the answer?

03Who's Ready for What's Next

Has anyone on your team grown into their title in the last 12 months, or just into their tenure? Are there people you know are capable of more, but you can't name what's holding them back? When you picture the next stage of growth, do you wonder whether the people you have are ready for it? Is your leadership bench mostly a list of people you're hoping will figure it out?
